Paul Jackson, 56, the Full Time training officer for King Township died last night as a result of a heart attack two hours after returning from a fire. Adding to the tragedy is that his daughter, a Fire Captain, was one of the emergency medical responders to his home when he suffered the heart attack.

The IAFF has just recently created a new website for alumni members. The header banner for this website prominently displays Central York Acting Captain Brent Heppell while fighting a fire on Queen Street in Newmarket a few years ago.
