Brother Acting Platoon Chief Brian Patrick of Central York Professional Fire Fighters Association attended the LODD Funeral for Brother Lieutenant Kevin Kelly of the Boston Fire Department. The Funeral was well attended by several thousand firefighters. The photo gallery has been updated with the photo's Brother Patrick took. Paul Jackson, 56, the Full Time training officer for King Township died last night as a result of a heart attack two hours after returning from a fire. Adding to the tragedy is that his daughter, a Fire Captain, was one of the emergency medical responders to his home when he suffered the heart attack.

The IAFF has just recently created a new website for alumni members. The header banner for this website prominently displays Central York Acting Captain Brent Heppell while fighting a fire on Queen Street in Newmarket a few years ago.
